Change the Windows 10 Region to English (United States)

PrintVis requires the workstation region to bet set to English (United States) for records to display properly. This document will outline the steps to change the region.

Press the windows key (or click the Start Button) and type: control panel
Press enter

When the control panel opens, go to Region, here:


If your control panel looks different, go to 'Change date, time, or number formats' here:


Both of these options take you to the same place. When the Region window opens, change the Format at the top to English (United States):


that should set it to the US M/dd/yyyy short date format:


Click okay and the next time you start Nav, PrintVis should use the correct date format
